UNEXPECTED Feature Artist: Holland Houdek

Holland has exhibited in galleries and museums throughout the United States, and internationally in China, Taiwan, Germany, Spain, Lithuania, Canada, Mexico, and Morocco. Her work has appeared in several publications, and has been recognized for numerous awards, honors, and best in shows. She recently participated in the world-renowned John Michael Kohler Arts/Industry residency program, has done other residencies around the world, and served as the 2014-2015 Visiting Artist-in-Residence at the University of Iowa, where she now teaches. Holland took her MFA from Syracuse University in 2012, and BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2009.
