Digital Marketing Essentials – a broad stroke overview of the elements involved to maximize your digital marketing efforts.
Marketing has always been about connecting with your audience in the right place and at the right time. Today, that means you need to meet them where they are already spending time: on the internet.
The reality is, people spend twice as much time online as they did even a few years ago. The way people shop and buy has changed, meaning offline marketing on its own isn’t as effective as it used to be.
More than 2.4 billion people use the internet every day, and close to 90% of those have purchased something online, or contacted a company because of an online search.
Enter digital marketing, an umbrella term used to describe any form of activity and information about your work that exists online. This includes utilizing channels such as social media, email, and your website to reach and connect with your current customers, and to reach new customers. Social media on its own is not digital marketing.
We know this new online world can be intimidating and we’re here to help! Please join us for an informative presentation that will help you understand the language of digital marketing, find new ways to build your online brand and increase your business utilizing effective digital marketing techniques.
